We are inviting our surf therapy community to take part in an exciting swim challenge and water-based activities at the annual Waterfront Canal Challenge. Hosted by the Rotary Club of Waterfront in Cape Town, this event brings together swimmers of all ages and abilities for Africa’s only urban canal timed swim.
This is an incredible opportunity for our surf therapy community to embrace the water in a new and exciting way. Swimming is a natural extension of the healing power of the ocean, helping build confidence, strength, and resilience. By joining this swim, you’re not only challenging yourself but also celebrating the progress you’ve made through surf therapy. Let’s dive in together and make waves for change!
