Training: Para Surfing, Disability Inclusion & Universal Access

This training provides essential inclusivity education and skills development in adaptive surfing, disability inclusion, and universal access. It aims to create employment pathways within adaptive sports, particularly for youth with disabilities, fostering broader access to ocean-based careers. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to create more inclusive environments and support diverse hiring and engagement. A workforce trained in disability inclusion builds a more compassionate, capable, and equitable society.
